Software as a Service – In this model, the application is available online through broadband connectivity and a small subscription fee is charged on a monthly basis for every user account. A onetime setup fee is charged for initial setup, configuration and training. |

Managed services – This model is typically suitable for medium to large hospitals and chain of clinics. The application would be hosted in the dedicated hardware and infrastructure provided by the customer. IdeaObject can provide manpower support for the maintenance of the application to ensure continuous service availability. Pricing is still subscription based as in the SaaS model and additional fee for the maintenance of the application on customer infrastructure. |

Pure Product Sale - This is the traditional product sale model in which the customer is charged an upfront fee based on the number of licenses. Fixed support hours and AMC would be included as part of sale contract. Additional AMC to be purchased from the second year onwards. |

The security capabilities of HealthObject ™ ensure that access to data and functionality is allowed after successful authentication and authorization against role based access controls. All sensitive information such as passwords is encrypted before communicating over the network. |

Clinics and Hospitals data is accessible only to the authenticated users of the Clinics / Hospitals and to no one else. Patient record is accessible only to the Clinic / Hospital where treatment was provided and to the patient through proper password protection. It is the Clinic / Hospital discretion to decide whether online access to patients be given or not. |

The client application HealthObject ™ is a rich client which is deployed without user intervention, through the browser using Microsoft ClickOnce deployment technology. Upgrades and Patches are made available on the client desktop in a seamless fashion. The client application can be launched from within the browser. |

Data Centres are highly reliable with adequate power supplies and backups and redundancies for network, power or hardware failure. |
